Return Policy

to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
or email us at Returns. Return Authorization
requests will be processed within 24 hours
of the request, Monday through Friday, not
including holidays. Your order numbers must
match our documentation & records regarding
the issue. Refunds are processed in the same
form as original payment used for purchase
up to 1 to 15 days upon us receiving the return.
We can only refund initial shipping charges
or return shipping charges incurred by you
if item is defective or return is a result
of an error on our part.
- Shipping orders may be returned within
30 days of signed delivery, accompanied
by a copy of original receipt.
- All returns MUST be pre-authorized by
phone or email (Return Authorization number
must be included with returned shipment).
- Items which have been returned after 30
days will not be accepted and will be re-shipped
at customer's expense.
- A full refund for the returned product(s)
will be issued ONLY if returned item is
new re-sellable condition.
- Products in new re-sellable condition
are described as having NO scratches, dents,
fingerprints or otherwise show any signs
of use.
- Items which show signs of use will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or buffing
fee.
- Engraved items are considered to be custom
items, and therefore are non-returnable
- Custom manufactured items are non-returnable

Pewter Style stands behind our products and
guarantee your satisfaction. All items purchased
are guaranteed to be free of defects. Should
you receive an item that is defective or damaged
we will gladly accept the return and replace
it with new product within 2 days of the receipt
of your product. Please return the item in
original packaging and condition within 30
days. We cannot accept returns of items that
have been used. Please be sure to inspect
all items before using to ensure that they
are free of defects. We are not able to refund
shipping charges incurred unless item is defective
or return is a result of an error on our part.
